At LBD, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags in the shipping box and affix the prepaid return label provided via email.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
